Vulnerability Reports: Rename "scanner" to "tool"
What does this MR do?
It renames the "scanner" column and related filters on the vulnerability report pages to "tool". The change affects the project-, group-, instance- and pipeline reports. It also changes the new version of the pipeline report page (GraphQL):
