Remove pipelineGraphDetails feature flag [RUN AS-IF-FOSS] [RUN ALL RSPEC]
What does this MR do?
This MR removes the :graphql_pipeline_details feature flag and deletes the files and specs related to the old graph view (these had _legacy appended to them in !48330 (merged)). It also removes the files and specs for the mixin, store, and mediator.
This MR will be followed by one that removes more inactive. See #291043 (closed) for more details.

How to setup and validate locally (strongly suggested)
- Make sure you have a Runner set up or a pipeline in your GDK.
- Go to the main pipelines graph.
- If you want to be extra thorough, use
.gitlab-ci.ymlfiles with upstream and downstream.
