Revert "Return value of draft attr instead of #draft?"
What does this MR do?
This reverts commit 5af315c2. It was
merged (!62508 (merged)) assuming that the post-migration for populating the draft
column had in fact succeeded, but we now know that migration was flawed,
so we cannot rely on this data yet.
