What does this MR do?

Test backend change for !68251 (merged).

Backend change on abuse_report_finder.rb would affect spec/frontend/fixtures/abuse_reports.rb and therefore jest test that uses this fixture spec/frontend/pages/admin/abuse_reports/abuse_reports_spec.js.
