Remove unnecessary default for required properties

What does this MR do?

This is a follow up to this review comment: !67495 (comment 652081376)

@afontaine noticed that some of the MR widget Vue components use both require: true and default: () => ({}). The default is unnecessary for required properties.

There are also existing components in the same folder that are already correct:

• mr_widget_missing_branch.vue
• mr_widget_rebase.vue
• mr_widget_auto_merge_failed.vue
• nothing_to_merge.vue
• and more
