Add lowercase 'captcha' to exceptions list
What does this MR do?
Adds captcha to the spelling exceptions list, as @eread requested in !68315 (comment 652507762) - we have valid instances with both Captcha and CAPTCHA capitalization, so we should allow all capitalization variants through.
