Enable `assumeImmutableResults` in `app/assets/javascripts/terraform/index.js`

What does this MR do?

The aim of this MR is to enable assumeImmutableResults to enforce immutability.

How to setup and validate locally (strongly suggested)

1. Navigate to Infrastructure -> Terraform
2. Create GitLab-managed Terraform state - the fastest way is to use this reference project.
3. Verify the console has no related errors and the GitLab-managed Terraform states are successfully fetched.

There's a warning related to heuristic fragment matching that will be addressed in a separate issue.
