Add two new code examples, wrapping them

Tackles the remaining work in #325706 (closed) to add curl examples to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/discussions.html#line-code thanks to @garyh.

Gary, I need checks on:

• Wording. I stole liberally from your comment.
• Check the line wrapping I added to the two new curl examples - did I goof up anything in the process?
• I added quotation marks around the URLs - tl;dr make sure I didn't introduce errors into your work
