Make MR GraphQL results (status badge) immutable

What does this MR do?

For #338437 (closed)

Adds assumeImmutableResults: true to the Apollo initialization config, which only renders the "Status Box" (the small badge at the top left of an MR showing "Open", "Merged", etc.).

To confirm that this is working:

1. All tests are passing
2. The screenshots below show no change
3. There are no console errors
