Fix creating issue in milestone list
What does this MR do?
Fixes failure to create issue in milestone board list.
Steps to reproduce:
- On a board with a Milestone list
- Create issue in milestone list using
+button at the top of the list - When refreshing the Board, the issue is gone because the Milestone was never applied.
This MR properly applies the milestone to the issue.
