Fix the names of variables and values for Runner

What does this MR do and why?

The doc Required variables specifies variable GITLAB_RUNNER_TOKEN and value runnerToken while it should specify GitLab URL variable and value (CI_SERVER_URL and gitlabUrl respectively). This MR fixes it.
