Fix Amazon RDS inconsistency

What does this MR do and why?

There's an inconsistency between how our docs refer to the product Amazon RDS as "AWS RDS" and the official name on Amazon's docs: "Amazon RDS". This MR will change use of 'AWS RDS' to 'Amazon RDS', and adds RDS to Vale acronyms.
