What does this MR do and why?
This MR sets assumeImmutableResults to true in the Apollo provider in app/assets/javascripts/environments/folder/environments_folder_bundle.js

How to set up and validate locally
- Open the environments page in a Gitlab project with environments in a folder (eg. https://3000-beige-goat-rripqu6h.ws-us18.gitpod.io/gitlab-org/gitlab-test/-/environments)
- Expand the folder list view and click "Show all"
- Environments folder view loads successfully (eg. https://3000-beige-goat-rripqu6h.ws-us18.gitpod.io/gitlab-org/gitlab-test/-/environments/folders/review)
