Show pipeline mini graph in pipeline editor
What does this MR do and why?
For #337514 (closed)
This adds the pipeline mini graph to the pipeline editor. The feature is under the pipeline_editor_mini_graph
feature flag. Since we're not enabling the FF yet, no changelog trailers are added.
This does not add the upstream/downstream graphs yet. They'll be added in a future MR.
This also removes the link from the pipeline ID in the pipeline status text since it's no longer needed with the "View Pipeline" CTA.
