Explain "Deleted User" Audit Events in docs

What does this MR do and why?

This adds a section to the Audit Events documentation to explain that the username will be "Deleted User" in circumstances where a User record has already been deleted. This is intended to provide users with the answer to this question, so they no longer need to ask Support or groupcompliance what it means and why it happens.
