What does this MR do and why?

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why. In the current documentation, it is unclear if Intergraded Error Tracking is available by default. The Documentation currently reads:

The feature should be enabled on the project level. However, there is no UI to enable this feature yet. You must use the GitLab API to enable it. However the section succeeding this statement shows an image of the UI.

This concern was initially brought up by @kencjohnston in the RPI MR in this comment.
