Congregate is an automation tool that helps automate data migration into GitLab. It was just made source available recently to ensure we encouraged collaboration from the larger community of customers and partners. To ensure that it is discoverable for customers and partners to use, we want to add links from the official docs site to the Congregate project. This was a suggestion in a conversation with our e-group (notes)
