What does this MR do and why?

Tackles the wordiness of another UI message related to merge requests:

  • Old: A new branch will be created in your fork and a new merge request will be started.
  • New: GitLab will create a new branch in your fork, and start a merge request for you.

Related to #346053 (closed) where we're tracking all the UI string improvements we add in 14.6.
