Correcting Gitlab to GitLab in docs (Port to EE)
What does this MR do?
This is the first of several MRs that will correct a small, but persistent, typo where GitLab's L is not capitalized. This is the EE Port of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/21827, which contains all CE Docs corrections. There is also a handful of corrections to EE only Docs.
