What does this MR do and why?

  • Adds changes, creations and destructions of compliance frameworks to the group-level audit event log.

How to set up and validate locally

  • Create a group.
  • Create a compliance framework on that group.
  • Update various attributes of that framework.
  • Destroy the framework.
  • Visit the audit events for that group.
  • Assert that the newly created audit events are accurate.
