Microsoft has moved their repositories on docker hub, pulling microsoft/dotnet:latest results in an error.
Updated image to mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk:latest, and Microsofts docker hub URL to https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-dotnet.
