What does this MR do and why?

This MR addresses the following issues:

  • Increase wait time for packages to be listed on the package index
  • Use a retry to improve robustness of tests using Resource::Commit
  • Removes deprecated code that supports the Kubernetes scenario and SSH Tunnel
