Use ALIAS instead of CNAME

What does this MR do and why?

Issue #330539 (closed) was raised to correct DNS instructions for GitLab Pages. We currently instruct the user to use a CNAME record, where we should be recommending an ALIAS record be used instead.

This MR changes the UI mention of CNAME, and the documentation has been updated in !75399 (merged).
