Update docs to change incorrect section

What does this MR do and why?

In the documentation it is stated that the:

  • On the top bar, select Menu > Admin.
  • On the left sidebar, select Settings > Advanced Search.
  • Expand Elasticsearch zero-downtime reindexing.
  • Clear the Pause Elasticsearch indexing checkbox.

However, Pause Elasticsearch indexing checkbox does not exist in the Elasticsearch zero-downtime reindexing section, this setting exists in the advanced search section.
