Include DiffNotes and DiscussionNotes in calendar

What does this MR do and why?

This includes other types of notes in the contribution counts and activity list.

In !74970 (merged), we made the counts consistent with the list which only included regular notes. But we actually want all types of notes so this reverses the change and instead makes the activity list match the counts.
