Add edit and view results links to on-demand scans list
What does this MR do and why?
This adds the following links to the on-demand scans list:
- An edit link to scheduled scans.
- A "View results" link to finished scans.

How to set up and validate locally
- Navigate to the on-demand scans index page in Security & Compliance > On-demand scans.
- Run at least one scan.
