CTRT revamp for the MR pipelines doc
What does this MR do?
CTRT improvements to the merge request pipelines page. As normal with these edits, ensures all sections are standalone tasks, concepts, or references.
As part of this process, I copy edited most of the page try to clarify and simplify everything as much as possible.
