This MR updates the information in the Service Ping section of the GitLab Rails Console Cheat Sheet. In particular:

  • Add info on gathering this info in YAML format (we only mentioned JSON format)
  • Link to the Service Ping Guide development docs (Folks taking a look at gathering this information in different formats may benefit from the additional info in that doc.)
