CTRT edits for group migration doc
What does this MR do?
Implements CTRT edits for the GitLab Group Migration doc.
As a team, the tech writers are trying to apply patterns across the docset. This MR is an example of that work.
This MR also updates the warning in this area of the UI. The feature is now enabled by default, and both of these links pointed to the same page anyway, so getting rid of the second sentence (New group > Import):
