Add instruction to specify group or project when deleting variables
What does this MR do?
There is some confusion around whether it is possible to delete CI/CD variables from specific projects or groups using the instructions within the reset-cicd-variables section of our backup-restore document. This MR adds a section at the end which provides an example of how one might specify group ID or project ID in their DELETE.
