Update security configuration tabs to utilize lazy loading
What does this MR do and why?
It makes sure that tab-contents (and it's requests) on the security & compliance configuration page are being lazy loaded.

How to set up and validate locally
- Navigate to a projects "Security & Compliance" -> "Configuration" page
- Click on each tab
- Make sure everything renders / loads as expected
