Exclude revoked tokens from agent tokens list

What does this MR do and why?

Updates the agent tokens list to only include active (ie not revoked) tokens.

No change in behaviour - tokens cannot yet be revoked from the UI, so all tokens are currently active (tokens did not have a status at all until !76505 (merged)).
