Fix sort for milestones in filtered search

What does this MR do and why?

Some users of new filtered search on boards have pointed out the order of milestones were in the wrong direction.

This MR fixes that

Repro

• Feature.enable(:issue_boards_filtered_search)
• Go to boards issues list
• Filter by milestones and ensure the order is correct (by due date asc)
