What does this MR do and why?
Make gitlab/ci/parsers/security/common.rb mark gitlab/ci/reports/security/report.rb objects as :valid_schema or :invalid_schema depending on the validation outcome. This is preliminary work to allow us to bubble up the errors to the users when we enforce security report schema validation in %15.0
