E2E: Update MembersFilter component to use new vue attributes

In this MR, we used a temporary workaround to input text and click the search button in the MembersFilter component.

Now, that we have searchInputAttributes and searchInputAttributes, this MR updates the code in MembersFilter to use the new attributes for setting qa selector.
