On click of board cards in filtered search, refresh page

What does this MR do and why?

There was an issue with filter_search_bar_root.vue when the URL would change from clicking on a label of a card.

This MR will update the URL and reload the page with the correct tokens in issue board filtered search.

How to set up and validate locally

• Go to issue boards
• Click on a label in the board card
• confirm that the filtered search bar is updated.
