Fix Oauth 2.0 PKCE Flow Documentation

What does this MR do and why?

As discussed in #352441 (closed), this MR updates the oauth2 documentation to accurately describe the PKCE flow. Currently, the documentation contains some errors in both the code examples and the textual descriptions of the flow.
