What does this MR do and why?

The instructions for creating your personal README project are technically impossible, since creating a project whose path is the same as your profile path is not possible.

This update expands the instructions slightly with a bit more explicitness, and adds a screenshot for - hopefully - added clarity.

This is what these changes look like on a local instance, but the way the docs look locally and the way they look on .com is wildly different.
