Add CycloneDX reports to DS template

What does this MR do and why?

When Update gemnasium to output CycloneDX documents has been completed, the gemnasium dependency scanning analyzer will output CycloneDX reports. This MR adds updates the Dependency Scanning template to support saving the CycloneDX reports as artifacts.
