Move gitlab-sshd to Beta in documentation

What does this MR do and why?

This MR should be merged only when gitlab-sshd is moved to Beta and deployed on GitLab SaaS.

It covers the following points:

  • Move the status of gitlab-sshd to Beta in the documentation
  • Specify the enhanced security profile of gitlab-sshd
  • Link to the GitLab Shell docs homepage

Note for the Technical Writer

The documentation page for GitLab Shell is currently a README in another repo.

This MR should not be merged until Enable gitlab-sshd on gprd (gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#6321 - closed) is closed.
