Add `Enterprise` filter to members search bar
What does this MR do and why?
Adds an Enterprise
filter to groups with SAML enabled. This filter will show all the users with or without the Enterprise
badge. The Enterprise
badge is added to users that have been provisioned by SCIM or SAML.
