Log error message for report upload

What does this MR do and why?

The upload of the package hunter report introduced in !79843 (merged) is failing. See for example https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/jobs/2158597034

Since I cannot reproduce the failure locally, this MR logs the error message to the job log.
