Update test user delete task and test user name

What does this MR do and why?

  • Gives the user a name identifiable as a QA test user.
  • Includes the original name in the delete task so users with that name will be removed too.
  • Exits after 1000 pages to avoid causing the CI job to time out (this could be handled better but this delete task is just a temporary solution)
