Revert changes from !82442

Reverting changes related to moving reactive cache methods to base class, introduced here !82442 (merged). This is currently breaking security training feature. I Will look into moving caching methods again after making sure feature is working again as we are here in time crunch for 14.9. We already have an issue to look into this moving caching methods into base class (#354816 (closed)), I will keep looking into this.
