docs: remove orphan odg source file
What does this MR do?
Removes an orphan odg source file left from gitlab-foss!28397 (merged). The file was originally introduced in 3671984b (gitlab-foss@3671984b, or https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/pull/6185) (%6.6) and then unreferenced in gitlab-foss!3694 (merged) in %8.10.
