How to set up and validate locally

1. Given any project runner (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/runners/runners_scope.html#specific-runners)
2. As an admin visit the pages:
   • Admin > Runners http://gdk.test:3000/admin/runners/
   • **Admin > Runners > Runner details ** http://gdk.test:3000/admin/runners/70/
   • Admin > Runners > Edit runner http://gdk.test:3000/admin/runners/70/edit
