Support attn alias for attention quick-action
What does this MR do and why?
We currently support the /cc quick-action. attn is a similarly widely-known
abbreviation understood from the world of written communication used
when requesting attention. This change allows users to use /attn @user
as well as the canonical /attention @user.
How to set up and validate locally
Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
- Create a merge-request with a reviewer
- Request the user's attention with
/attn @reviewer
