Update spinner for ssh_host_keys partial

• Update to use pajamas compliant spinner

Verification Steps

1. As an admin of a repo go to Settings -> Repository
2. Expand the Mirroring Repositories section
3. Enter a ssh url ssh://foobar
4. Click Detect Host Keys
5. Verify you see loading spinnger
