Use Pajamas checkbox for ldap_access_setting.html.haml
This MR replaces the Admin -> Settings -> General -> Visibility and access controls -> LDAP settings checkboxes with Pajamas checkboxes.

How to reproduce
You must first enable LDAP by editing gitlab-development-kit/gitlab/gitlab.yml and changing line 441 from enabled: false to enabled: true:
