Migrate DAST profile library links to the new route

Migrate all the DAST Profile Library links to use the new route added in !84451 (merged):

  • Migrate all existing usages to the new alias from dast_scans => profile_library
  • Old route: http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/security/configuration/dast_scans
  • New route: http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/security/configuration/profile_library
